Bikes

The bikes we decided to ride for this trip is the Kawasaki KLR 650.  This bike has been in production since the 1980's and has been used as a around the world trip bike by many.  In the year 2008, Kawasaki decided to provide the KLR with a more modern look and upgraded a few minor mechanical pieces in the process.  The main reason we chose this bike from the many adventure bikes out there was because of its price point, simple design and availability of parts throughout the world.
